Frequently Asked Questions

Buying Artwork

Do you sell prints of your paintings?

Yes, I offer fine art prints on both C-Type and Giclée paper. These prints are available in a range of sizes, perfect if you’re looking for a more affordable or space-saving way to own a Jennah Hart original artwork.

How do I know if the artwork will look good in my space?

I recommend checking the dimensions of the artwork and visualising it in your space, considering whether you will frame the piece. The easiest way is to simply tape out an area on your wall.

Can I see the artwork in person before buying?

I currently don’t have a permanent gallery space for you to visit in person. However, if you're interested in viewing a piece, feel free to reach out. I can provide more photos and videos of the artwork you’re interested in.

Postage & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment I only ship within the UK. If you’re based abroad, I’m sorry for the inconvenience—I hope to offer international shipping in the future!

How is the artwork packaged for delivery?

Originals are carefully wrapped, padded, and boxed to prevent damage, using as much recycled material as possible. Prints are shipped in a flat envelope from my carbon-neutral printers ‘The Print Space’. This ensures both the artwork and the environment are cared for. If you have any concerns, let me know—I want your artwork to arrive safely.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Prints are shipped directly from my manufacturer using Royal Mail Tracked 24. For original paintings, I aim to ship them within 3 days using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which should arrive the next working day, or Parcelforce Express 24 for larger works. You’ll receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Do you accept returns?

I want you to love your artwork, but if you’re not completely satisfied or if the artwork arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return. Read the returns policy to find out more.

Framing & Care

Is framing included with the purchase?

Original paintings are sold unframed unless stated otherwise. I don’t currently offer framing options with prints. This way you can choose a frame that best suits your personal style and space.

How should I frame my print?

For best results, use a high-quality frame with UV-protective glass or acrylic. A mount (mat) can add extra presence, but it’s optional.

How do I take care of an original painting?

How to best take care of your artwork varies from piece to piece. For all my artworks, avoid direct sunlight and humidity. You can gently clean acrylic paintings with a dry, soft cloth. Be more careful with oil paintings and oil pastels, as the surface is more prone to fingerprints or smudging.

Commissions

Do you take commissions?

I’d love to hear about your vision! I don’t guarantee commissions but I’m open to discussing your ideas to see if I’m the right artist for you. Just send me an email. If I feel like I can bring your vision to life within my style, we’ll go from there and create something unique together. If not, I’ll be honest—because you deserve to end up with a piece you truly love.

How much do commissions cost?

Pricing of commissions depends on size, materials, and complexity. Once we discuss your vision, I’ll provide a quote.
