By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership & Copyright:

• All artwork on this site is original and created by me, Jennah Hart.

• Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights. Copyright remains with the artist.

Orders & Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of purchase. I accept credit/debit cards and Klarna payment plans.

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on demand.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Original paintings are shipped within 3 business days via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce Express 24.

• Prints are shipped directly from my print manufacturer, typically via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• International Shipping: At this time, I ship within the UK only.

Policy Updates:

• These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
