Returns policy.

I want you to love your artwork, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return. Please review the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll assess the situation and either offer a replacement (if applicable) or a refund.

• If you receive the wrong item, please let me know as soon as possible so I can correct the order.

Refund Process:

• Once I receive and inspect the return, I’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
